Petaran Poly-L-Lactic Acid PLLA & PDRN collagen stimulator

Petaran PLLA & PDRN collagen stimulator is KFDA approved product with a smaller Poly-L-Lactic Acid particle size of 50 um, it is very easy to dissolve and able to use on a 26G needle.

The smooth, spherical PLLA micro particle structure with uniform size promotes even collagen production for a natural volume. Petaran PLLA's particles provide convenience of procedure with optimal and constant extrusion force and minimize inflammatory reaction in the body.

Poly-L-lactic acid is an absorbable, semi-permanent product that can gradually restore volume and stimulate collagen formation. It is FDA-approved for correcting facial volume loss. It is FDA-approved for use in immunocompetent people to correct nasolabial fold deficiencies and other facial wrinkles. It has been used off-label to enhance the cheeks, hands, neck, thighs, gluteal enhancement, and chest wall deformities. The effects of PLLA typically last up to 24 months.

What is different with Petaran PLLA & PDRN collagen stimulator?

• The unique PDRN solution provide synergistic effect on collagen production, and it will reduce the treatment pain from patients. PDRN is known as PolyDeoxyRiboNucleotide, it is extracted from the sperm cells of Salmon.
• It prmotes collagen production and tissue regeneration by activating growth factors, it will also reduce the pain and swelling for the site.
• Smooth injection with a uniform PLLA particle structure (small size as 50um)  and optimum viscosity when dissolved in Petaran PDRN solution.

How to use:

It is recommended to use 3 to 4 sessions each treatment, in between 4 to 6 weeks each session, and using 1 to 2 vails for each session.

1. Removed the flip-off cap from the vial and clean the penetrable rubber stopper of the vial with antiseptic.

2. Draw 5ml of Petaran skin booster into the 5ml syringe, and add all the solution into the vail.

3. Shake the vail for 10 mins and let the vail stand for at least 30 mins to ensure complete dissolved.

4. Product should be gently shake until a uniform translucent suspension is obtarined prior to use.

5. Clean the penetrable stopper of the vial with an antiseptic, and use a new needle to withdrew an appropriate amount of the solution into a single-use sterile syringe. (You may use a 18G needle to withdraw it faster and change to a 26G needle for injection after).

6. Using a 26G needle to inject to deep dermis of skin depth at an 30-40 degree angle, or you may use a cannula.

Post treatment aftercare:

It is important to massage the treatment area to ensure even distribution of the product. It is recommended that the patient should massage the treatment area for 5 minutes, 5 times per day for 5 days for the best result. Avoid UV exposure until swelling and bruising have disappeared.
